The Blodel Reserve…

Summer is pretty much over and fall is upon us.  Today could have been one of the last days to soak up the sun as rain is falling  (only a little bit) each day.  Thus the rainy season has started.

After going through yet another day without a BIN, I decided to head to the North end of the Island for a little outdoor recreation and enjoy the sun.

One of my very favorite places on Bainbridge Island is the Blodel Reserve.  It’s a 150 acre garden estate with walking trails throughout.  From a water view to a rolling meadow the Blodel has it all.  Not to mention the moss garden, a Japanese rock garden, water features, and a Reflection Pool in the middle of the forest!  Here are a few pictures of today’s adventure!
